At Boone Student Living, we offer individual leases for added peace of mind. Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom, meaning you're only responsible for your portion of the rent. If a roommate moves out, you're not left covering their costs. Common areas are shared, fostering a sense of community while maintaining financial independence.
Rental installments simplify your billing process. Your total rent is divided into 12 equal installments, due on the 1st of each month, regardless of your lease start date. This ensures consistent payments throughout your lease, even if you move in mid-month.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be conveniently paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit, or credit card. We prioritize your security and do not accept cash payments. Please note that convenience fees may apply to online payments. Late fees vary by property, so refer to your Housing Contract for specific details.
In the Common Area, be sure to bring furniture, cozy décor, kitchen essentials (think pots, pans, utensils, etc.), and cleaning supplies. For your Bedroom, don’t forget the essentials like your mattress, bed frame, linens, toiletries, and anything else that makes your space feel like you.
